REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

60-day guarantee on your first purchase Your first purchase of any Hardy Nutrition product is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. This applies to the first purchase of each specific product and is limited to one refund per product type, per customer.

30-day guarantee on all other purchases All subsequent purchases, including subscription rebills, are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cancellations Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your order, you may request a return following the process below.

Returns To request a return, email help@hardynutrition.co within your guarantee window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges To request an exchange, email help@hardynutrition.co. Items must be unopened, sealed and unused to be eligible for exchange.
